Virtual pelvic floor physical therapy
Hi, I’m Dr. Abigail Andres, but you can call me abby.
I am a pelvic floor physical therapist with 12 years of experience. I’ve helped countless patients recover from a variety of pelvic floor concerns. My passion is finding customized strategies and exercises that will help you live your best life so you can leave your pelvic floor concerns behind.
As a mother of 3, I know how overwhelming pelvic floor issues can be. We can work together to create a plan that addresses each issue and fits into your busy schedule. Whether it is improving your bowel or bladder control, preparing for labor and delivery, recovering from having your baby, or working to improve your pelvic pain, I’m here to help you reach your goals.
My Philosophy and Training
In all my years of treating patients I’ve come to find the most important aspect of treatment is listening. I aim to create a comfortable, inclusive, safe place for you to discuss your concerns, so that everyone feels welcome. During our conversations we will talk about all aspects of life, because you are one whole person, not just a pelvic floor! This holistic approach to healing allows me to address issues you may not have known you have, so that you can achieve your most confident and empowered self.

A word from me:
I’ve always loved how our bodies respond when we finally slow down.
During pregnancy, contractions often pick up at night — a beautiful little team effort between melatonin and oxytocin. To me, it’s a reminder that when we relax, our bodies can step in and do exactly what they were designed to do.
But honestly? Most moms don’t get much space to relax.
We live in a culture where you’re expected to work like you’re not a parent… and parent like you don’t work. It’s exhausting. And it makes so many women feel like they’re constantly behind, not doing enough, or somehow “failing.”
Let me be the one to say it clearly: you’re already enough.
Your body isn’t broken.
You don’t need to hustle your way back to feeling strong — you need support, clarity, and a moment to just breathe.
So take that breath.
Let your shoulders soften.
You don’t have to figure this all out alone.
I’m here to help you reconnect with the amazing body that’s carried you this far.
