Virtual pelvic Floor physical therapy
Helping exhausted women fix leakage, back pain + core weakness — from home. No child care. No travel. Just relief.
Does This Sound Like You?
You might be in the right place if…
You leak when you sneeze and pretend it’s fine
Your back hurts every morning
Sex feels weird, painful, or tense
Your core still feels weak months or years after having your baby.
You avoid running, lifting, or jumping because something doesn't feel right.
You keep wondering if this is "just part of motherhood."
You don’t have to feel like this.
You deserve to feel strong again.
Meet the Physical Therapist Who Understands Motherhood
Hi, I'm Dr. Abigail Andres, a pelvic floor physical therapist and fellow mom who is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies again.
I know firsthand how easy it is for moms to put themselves last. Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, you deserve care that looks at the whole person—not just your symptoms.

Simple.
The Truth? You’re Not Broken. You’re Overworked.
Your body has carried so much for so long and now it’s begging for support.
If you’re feeling:
Back or hip pain that won’t quit
Leaking when you sneeze
Pressure or heaviness “down there”
A core that feels weak, wobbly, or disconnected
Exhausted just trying to get through the day
…it’s not because you aren’t strong.
It’s because your core + pelvic floor are overwhelmed and out of sync.
Good news?

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes! It's one of the questions I hear most often.
During our sessions, I'll assess how you're moving, breathing, using your core, and performing functional activities. I'll guide you through personalized exercises, teach you strategies you can use in everyday life, and coach you in real time—all from the comfort of your home.
Many moms actually prefer virtual care because it's convenient, private, and easier to fit into busy family life.
-
No referral is needed to get started. During your free strategy call, we can talk about your situation and I'll let you know if any additional steps are necessary based on your situation.
-
I am an out-of-network, cash-based physical therapist, which means I don't bill insurance directly. This allows me to spend more time with you, provide one-on-one personalized care, and create a treatment plan that's based on what you need—not what an insurance company decides is covered.
During your free strategy call, I'll explain exactly what working together looks like, answer any questions about pricing, and help you decide if it's the right fit for your goals. I believe you should have all the information you need before making a decision—no surprises or pressure.
-
If you're in Ohio, I can provide one-on-one virtual physical therapy services.
If you live outside Ohio, I'd still love to help. I offer wellness-based education, resources, and programs designed to support women in every stage of motherhood. During our conversation, we can discuss the best option based on where you live and what you're hoping to achieve.
-
Many of the women I work with have had symptoms for several months—or even several years. While it's common to hear that leaking, pelvic pain, or core weakness are "just part of motherhood," those symptoms are often treatable. Your body has an incredible ability to adapt and heal with the right guidance, no matter how long it's been.
-
If your symptoms are affecting how you move, exercise, play with your kids, or feel in your own body, they're worth paying attention to.
You don't have to wait until things get worse before asking questions. Whether you're leaking when you sneeze, experiencing pelvic pressure, dealing with painful intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected from your core, I'd be happy to help you understand what's going on and discuss your options.
-
This is simply a chance for us to get to know each other.
We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what your goals are, and whether virtual pelvic floor physical therapy is the right fit for you. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and there's absolutely no pressure to move forward if it doesn't feel like the right next step.
